Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Flex - unarmed in Glendale, California. As a Security Professional Flex Officer, you will patrol designated areas on foot or in vehicle, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents while using our shift-pickup platform to view open shifts.

Requires a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, valid driver’s license if driving, background check, and drug screening. At least 18 years old, reliable, with good communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license if operating a company vehicle.
• No prior security experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and observe surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and guard against unauthorized access.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies.
• Prepare written incident reports.
• Provide courteous assistance to clients, employees, and visitors.
• Operate radios and follow post orders.
