Job summary

Allied Universal in West Hollywood, CA, is seeking a Security Professional Branch Flex Officer to safeguard clients across various industries. Expect 30–40 hours weekly with shifts assigned or picked up through Earn More, Claim-A-Shift programs. Irregular shifts with short notice are common.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check and drug screen are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions creating security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department when needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and manage entries/exits.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
