Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to safeguard clients across industries. You’ll use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts, building a schedule that fits your availability while gaining site experience across Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more.

This full-time position offers opportunities for hands-on growth, flexibility, and the chance to work on varied sites with potential irregular shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Licensing and background checks as required by state/local laws.
• Must have a valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer vehicle.
• Background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• No prior security experience required; age 18+ (21+ if armed).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for unusual conditions creating security or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire when needed.
• Warn violators and monitor entrances/exits as required.
• Record and report incidents with clear written logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
