Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer to protect clients across multiple industries. You will use a shift-pickup platform to build your schedule, gain site experience, and advance your security career. You may work irregular shifts with little notice, offering flexible hours and exposure to diverse environments.

The role pays $20.00 per hour and offers weekly pay. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with licensing as applicable by state law.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Active listening and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
