About the Role
We’re looking for a professional Flex Security Officer to join our team in a healthcare environment in Sharon, CT. This is a flexible position, and you will be scheduled as needed to cover different shifts.

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available for any shift (days, evenings, overnights)
• Must be available any day of the week
• Weekend availability is required

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors
• Patrol facility premises and monitor access points
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner
• Enforce site policies and procedures
• Complete clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports
