Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Flex Security Officer to provide security at multiple sites. The role requires weekend availability and paid hourly compensation of $18.50.

You will support short-term assignments, assist with start-ups, perform access control, and deliver high-level customer service to clients and guests. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able pass drug test and background check.
• Comfortable performing access control duties.

Flex Security Officer

Location: Cape Girardeau & Sikeston, MO

Pay: $18.50/hour

Typical Flex Officer Objectives

• Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
• Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
• Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
• Weekend and holiday availability needed.
• Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

Flex Officer Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma OR GED.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
• Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
