Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Access Control-Flex in Brighton, CO to perform patrols, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents using site post orders.

This flexible role offers exposure to multiple client sites across Healthcare, Education and Finance, with our shift-pickup platform to claim open shifts and weekly pay.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or client vehicle.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns
• Sound alarms or summon police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property
• Make emergency notifications as necessary
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
