Job summary

United Protective Services, Inc. is seeking a 1st/2nd Shift Flex Security Officer for the Dallas Division to cover varying shifts, including overnights, at multiple client sites in Dallas, TX.

The role offers compensation of $17.00 per hour and requires strong customer service and situational awareness. Responsibilities include responding to open shifts, resolving on-site conflicts, maintaining logs, and reporting incidents, with duties at client locations and coordination with local authorities

Qualifications

• Reliable security officer with a flexible schedule.
• Available for any shift with a changing schedule, including overnight shifts if possible.

Responsibilities

• Immediate response to open shift coverage when dispatched by management.
• Engage in on-site conflict resolution.
• Assist client with duties as assigned.
• Maintain daily activity logs per post orders.
• Create incident reports for unique on-site incidents.
• Observe and report suspicious activity per post orders.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and accounted for before, during, and after each shift.
