The role covers multiple shifts in Dallas, TX. Officers must be able to perform foot patrols, adapt to changing schedules, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting clients, local law enforcement, and fire departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Available to work any shift, including overnight shifts when needed.
• Open to changing schedule from week to week.
• Work at a variety of client sites to fill in for call-offs, vacations, and open schedules.
• Must be able to conduct foot patrols and have a high customer service personality.

Responsibilities

• Immediate response to open shift coverage when dispatched by the management team.
• Assists client with duties as assigned and maintains daily activity logs in accordance to post orders.
• Creates incident reports for unique incidents on site.
• Observe and report all suspicious activity in accordance with post orders.
• Ensures all United Protective Services equipment is well maintained and accounted for before, during and after each shift.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work outside in the elements.
• Additional job duties may be assigned, as necessary.

Flex officers will provide security detail as outlined in the site post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement, and fire departments when necessary. Flex officers will always perform job duties with a constant awareness of their surroundings, making note of all activity that takes place in the assigned area. Flex officers must maintain a professional image and always demonstrate above and beyond customer service skills.
