Securitas Flex Security Officer position in Quincy, WA. Part-time shifts across multiple sites, handling access control, patrols, and incident response to safeguard people and property.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance during shifts.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in emergencies or investigations.
• Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Flex Security Officer - Part Time - Quincy, WA

Must be available any day, at least two shifts & will be stationed at various site locations

Available to move into Full-Time overnight position after 30 days.

Wage: $19.00/Hour

What Your Day May Look Like:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.

Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
