Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is hiring a Flex Security Officer for a full-time position at Elk Grove Village, IL. You will monitor premises, control access, patrol multiple client sites, and enforce regulations while providing courteous customer service.

Ideal candidates have 18+ age, a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to clients employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out other duties as required for the site.

Flex Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

Wage Range: $18.00-$20.00/HR

TheFlex Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect
