• NYS PA license and NCCPA certification required.
• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies required.
• EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge expected.
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• DEA preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Suboxone and CDL certification; New grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and urgent care to adults and pediatrics across a walk-in and scheduled mix.
• Fill provider gaps across all locations on a rotating basis, including short-notice shifts.
• Plug into each site's team and workflows quickly to keep care consistent.
• Collaborate with site leads, MAs, and clinical strategy team to keep locations running smoothly.
