Nao Medical is seeking a Flex Provider (NP/PA) to cover 12 clinics across New York City and Long Island. Earn $80 to $90 per hour as a full-time provider, with quarterly performance bonuses up to $45,000 and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• NYS PA license + NCCPA certification.
• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge.
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• DEA preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Suboxone and CDL certification.
• New grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and urgent care to adults and pediatrics across a walk-in and scheduled mix.
• Fill provider gaps across all locations on a rotating basis, including short-notice shifts.
• Plug into each site's team and workflows quickly and keep care consistent no matter which clinic you're in.
• Work alongside site leads, MAs, and the clinical strategy team to keep every location running smoothly.
