Allied Universal, North America’s leading security provider, is seeking a Security Officer Flex Patrol Driver in Bellevue, WA. This role offers 30–40 hours weekly with shifts that vary and a self-scheduling option, supporting client needs with irregular shifts.

The position provides hands-on experience across multiple sites and a clear path to longer‑term career advancement within a recognized industry leader. Pay rate is $32.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the job location state.
• Valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age requirement: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws; drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular conditions and safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or summon police/fire department as needed.
• Manage access and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents; document in written logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors politely and professionally.
• Issue emergency notifications as required by site orders.
