Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Flex Holiday Shift Patrol in Bellevue, WA. The role offers 30–40 hours weekly with shifts that vary, including holidays and nights. The position pays $22.60 per hour with a path to long-term career growth. Candidates must be 18+ (21+ for armed), have a high school diploma, and pass background and drug screenings

Qualifications

• Availability to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel for Branch Flex assignments.
• Subject to background investigation as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of policy infractions (loitering, smoking, etc.).
• Monitor entrances and exits to permit access for authorized persons.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site Post Orders.
