Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Flex Driver Patrol in Bellevue, WA. The role involves irregular shifts with a 30–40 hour weekly expectation, offering steady income and opportunities to advance within the company.

You will patrol sites, respond to incidents, and support client needs while using exclusive technology for shift visibility and claiming. The position pays $23.74 per hour and requires a valid driver’s license; CPR is a plus, with customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license in the location of the job.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum ages: 18 for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted as per law.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in a vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions (loitering, smoking, etc.).
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors politely and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site Post Orders.
