Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Flex Officer for full-time work at multiple locations in Topeka and Lawrence, KS. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment through monitoring, access control, and patrolling client sites with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, reporting hazards, following post orders, and providing information to visitors. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and pass pre-employment screening including

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Driver Certification.
• Must be able to work in both cities, Topeka and Lawrence, KS.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.

• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Flex Officer - Full Time

Primary Locations: Topeka & Lawrence, KS

Wage Range: $16.00-$19.00/HR

The Flex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
