Securitas Global Clients America is looking for a Flex Officer to join our full-time security team in Topeka and Lawrence, KS. You will monitor premises, manage access control, patrol multiple sites, and report safety issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You must be willing to undergo background checks and pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and remain calm in stressful situations.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background check.
• Driver Certification required.
• Must be able to work in Topeka and Lawrence, KS.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks of similar scope as required for assigned site.

Primary Locations:

Topeka & Lawrence, KS

Wage Range:

$16.00-$19.00/HR

TheFlex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver Certification.
• Must be able to work in both cities, Topeka and Lawrence, KS.
