The Flex Officer at Securitas USA in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, serves to maintain a safe environment by monitoring premises, managing access, and patrolling sites as needed. This full-time role offers shift coverage across late-night and mid-evening hours with a wage of $21.50 per hour.

Ideal candidates perform under pressure, demonstrate strong customer service, and can operate technology devices onsite. A high school diploma and the ability to pass pre-employment screening are required.

Flex Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Eau Claire WI

Wage: $21.50/HR

Available Shifts

• 0000 - 0800
• 1600 - 2400

The Flex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.

• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Safe driving certification.
