Job summary

Bel Brands is hiring a Flex Machine Operator for GoGo squeeZ production in Nampa, ID. This role covers a 12-hour B shift (Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 7:00pm–7:00am) on high-speed lines, learning multiple machines and supporting quality, sanitation and improvement projects.

You will operate Tetra Pak, Volpak, and Ixapak equipment, handle materials, monitor process variables, and document results while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Technical / Trade School preferred.
• Prior experience as a Machine Operator or similar in manufacturing.
• Prior experience in the food industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tetra Pak machine – mix ingredients and products.
• Load ingredients into Tetra Pak machine according to specifications.
• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment via touchscreen/HMI.
• Read schematics and diagrams to monitor machine activity (flow, temperature, level).
• Perform quality testing (PH, viscosity, brix) using quality devices.
