Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on our Hershey, PA campus. You will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision for a group of 8–13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and a commitment to safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Ability to supervise and mentor students daily.
• Ability to drive and manage student activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
