Job summary

Ravnec Roofing Supply is seeking a flexible CDL driver to support delivery operations across multiple locations, covering routes, aiding warehouse tasks, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will fill in for drivers during absences and help with day-to-day logistics.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, experience with tractor trailers, ability to lift 75–100 lbs, and comfort using inventory software. Roofing distribution experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with current medical card and insurable driving record.
• Experience driving CDL A vehicles (tractor trailers).
• Ability to learn and use inventory and delivery software systems.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs consistently.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and climb ladders throughout the workday.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience or certification (preferred).
• Experience in roofing or building materials distribution (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and deliver materials to job sites and company locations.
• Travel between pick-up locations and regional branches as needed.
• Fill in for drivers during absences, including vacations and call-outs.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Manager regarding schedules and updates.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and check-out procedures accurately.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse operations.
• Operate forklifts and handle materials safely and efficiently.
• Transport company vehicles or assets as directed.
• Support overall branch operations and assist with additional duties as assigned.

About The Role

As a Flex CDL Driver, you are a versatile member of the distribution team responsible for supporting delivery operations across multiple locations. The Pay Range For This Role Is
