Ravnec Roofing Supply is seeking a Flexible CDL Driver to support delivery operations across multiple locations. You will cover routes, assist with warehouse tasks, and ensure materials reach job sites safely and on time.

A CDL A with a current medical card is required, along with experience driving tractor trailers and working in warehouse settings. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with current medical card.
• Experience driving CDL A vehicles.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to lift 75-100 lbs consistently.
• Stand, bend, twist, and climb ladders throughout the workday.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and deliver materials to job sites and company locations.
• Travel between pick-up locations and regional branches as needed.
• Fill in for drivers during absences, including vacations and call-outs.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Communicate with the Warehouse Manager regarding schedules and updates.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and check-out procedures accurately.

As a Flex CDL Driver, you are a versatile member of the distribution team responsible for supporting delivery operations across multiple locations. This role is designed for a flexible, dependable professional who can step in wherever needed—covering routes, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring materials are delivered safely and efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining operational continuity by filling in for drivers during absences while assisting with day-to-day logistics. We are seeking a team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly, and takes pride in reliability and execution.

What you'll do

The pay range for this role is:
30 - 35 USD per hour(Roanoke, VA)
