Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking Flex Associates to support execution of client projects across locations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager and involves wearing many hats in a fast-paced merchandising environment.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work varied shifts including weekends, and have a High School diploma and a valid driver’s license. Computer, internet, and email access are required; workplace equity and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 35 lbs, and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking.
• Complete flexibility for shifts, including weekends.
• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel to other locations may be necessary.
• Automobile liability insurance required.
• Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail; webcam preferred.

The Flex Associate position is responsible for assisting other Anderson Merchandisers associates in execution of client projects.

Employment will be on-going on an as needed basis and reports directly to the Market Sales Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy, by following all provided instructions
• Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality
• Must be able to lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.,in addition, the ability to lift heavy objects up to100 lbs with assistance from another associate
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking
• Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
• Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.,in addition, the ability to lift heavy objects up to100 lbs with assistance from another associate
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking
• Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
• Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements and needs, includinga minimum of one 4-hour weekend shift
• High School diploma or equivalency certification required
• A valid driver's license is required, as travel to additional locations may be necessary
• Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained
• Must have access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail
• Access to a webcam is preferred
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• A minimum of conversational proficiency in English (both spoken and written) with the ability to communicate with customers and/or coworkers at a conversational level in real-time
