Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers seeks a Flex Associate to assist with the execution of client projects and to support a fast-paced retail environment. The position is on an as-needed basis, reporting to the Market Sales Manager, with flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities include following instructions to complete tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with opportunities to grow within

• Must be able to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate.
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking.
• Fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and upper/lower body mobility.

The Flex Associate position is responsible for assisting other Anderson Merchandisers associates in execution of client projects. Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.

• Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking
• Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
• Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements and needs, including a minimum of one 4-hour weekend shift.
• High School diploma or equivalency certification required
• A valid driver's license is required, as travel to additional locations may be necessary
• Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained
• Must have access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail
• Access to a webcam is preferred
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• A minimum of conversational proficiency in English (both spoken and written) with the ability to communicate with customers and/or coworkers at a conversational level in real-time.

Rate of Pay $14.50
