Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 3 years' experience in a related field or 5 years' experience with alternative qualifications.
• Safe driving record and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct new drivers on job duties.
• Direct the work of employees as assigned by supervisor.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and log stock numbers and lot locations.
• Communicate schedules to crew members.
• Serve as lane leader on sale days.
• Move vans and transport drivers to locations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees and vehicles.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance.
• Enforce safety procedures and cooperate with Safety Manager.
• Review workloads with management to ensure efficiency and service.
