Job summary

Flagger Force is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage inventory, storage, and distribution of fleet equipment and supplies. You will ensure accurate counts, process requests for maintenance and parts, and maintain neat, organized facilities.

The role requires strong organizational skills and solid experience with Microsoft Office. You will work on-site supporting fleet operations and collaborate with the warehouse team to uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels for warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Process inventory counts at required intervals.
• Address service, maintenance, and parts requests promptly.
• Repair damaged equipment to serviceable condition.
• Complete daily paperwork and file electronically.
• Review shipping and receiving orders for accuracy.
• Prepare, clean, and detail fleet vehicles per standards.
• Organize and prepare equipment for work orders.
• Escalate issues to warehouse supervisor as needed.
• Attend fleet/warehouse meetings as necessary.
