Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong verbal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Steel toed boots or the ability to obtain prior to employment
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with company standards
• One or more years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for all warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Process inventory counts on required intervals.
• Address service, maintenance, supply, and parts requests promptly.
• Repair damaged equipment to service, including traffic control devices, towable units, trailers, and vehicles.
• Complete daily paperwork and file electronically.
• Review shipping and receiving orders for accuracy.
• Prep, clean, and detail fleet vehicles to company standards.
• Organize and prepare equipment for work orders.
• Escalate issues to warehouse supervisor promptly.
• Attend fleet/warehouse department meetings as necessary.
• Perform special projects as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor.
