Job summary

Critical Peake Services’ warehouse team in Hanover, MD, supports daily operations for warehouse and fleet activities. You will organize materials, tools, and vehicles to back field teams and ongoing projects, focusing on reliability and accuracy.

Responsibilities include receiving, labeling, coordinating deliveries, vehicle inspections, fleet maintenance, and precise documentation of stock and sign-outs to ensure smooth project workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with basic tools and materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check In and Label Materials
• Verify materials are labeled with the correct job number
• Notify Project Manager of deliveries and quantities received
• Material Handling and Logistics
• Drop off and pick up materials to support field operations
• Return unused project materials with proper documentation
• Vehicle Inspections and Fleet Management
• Inspect for damage and maintenance issues
• Manage fleet service schedules and ensure current vehicle tags and GPS functioning
• Verify towing and insurance information for vehicles
• Maintain truck stock and tool cage after use
• Obtain approval before purchasing tools
• Fleet Recordkeeping and vehicle sign-outs
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
