Position: Warehouse & Fleet Manager (Construction Industry Experience )


We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Warehouse & Fleet Manager to lead the management of our vehicles and trailers, ensuring efficient operations, optimal material ordering and proactive vehicle maintenance. This role requires a disciplined leader with a strong work ethic who embodies our core values—results-driven, inspirational, accountable, transparent, disciplined, and aligned—contributing to the overall safety and success of our construction operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Fleet Management:
    Oversee daily operations of company vehicles and trailers, ensuring maintenance, safety, compliance, and scheduling are proactively managed to minimize downtime and operational costs, particularly within a construction environment.


  • Material Ordering & Inventory Management:
    Strategically plan and coordinate procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels, including ordering roof materials, reducing waste, and ensuring timely delivery of construction supplies aligned with project schedules.


  • Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance:
    Schedule and oversee regular inspections and preventative maintenance to keep construction vehicles and trailers in top condition, promoting safety and longevity.


  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse and fleet staff, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement, with an understanding of construction site needs.


  • Compliance & Safety:
    Guarantee all fleet operations adhere to company policies, local regulations, and safety standards, with a focus on construction site safety standards.


  • Reporting & Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records related to vehicle maintenance, inspections, inventory levels, and operational performance, tailored to construction project requirements.


  • Proactivity & Problem Solving:
    Anticipate potential operational issues in a dynamic construction environment and implement strategic solutions proactively to minimize disruptions.
