A leading financial services company seeks a Retirement Planner to develop strategies for enhancing participant engagement. The role involves conducting educational seminars, providing one-on-one retirement planning, and collaborating on projects to improve offer effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, relevant certifications, and experience in financial services.
Develop and execute strategies to promote participant action toward a fully funded retirement and achieve key plan metrics (e.g., retirement outlook, increased participant deferrals).
Conduct group education meetings, workshops, webinars, and enrollment sessions to meet client and Transamerica goals.
Hold one-on-one retirement planning meetings with client employees.
Utilize Transamerica products and services to help participants meet their retirement objectives.
Provide insights into funds offered under each client plan, including objectives and performance.
Identify asset gathering and retention opportunities, connecting with the Transamerica Advice Center for consolidation through retirement plan and IRA options.
Explain and ensure participants understand product options.
Assist participants with multi-product needs and coordinate with other product specialists as needed.
Document interactions and progress in our CRM software promptly.
Participate in projects to expand or enhance the Retirement Education and Planning Services Organization.
Qualifications:
Working Conditions:
Remote work for non-commuting employees, with travel up to 60%, including occasional weekends and holidays.
Locations: Birmingham, AL and Memphis, TN.
The salary range is approximately $66,000 to $80,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on performance. Compensation may vary based on qualifications and operational needs.
