Job summary

Kelly is hiring Installation Technicians in Arlington, TX for direct-hire roles with our manufacturing client. The team focuses on premium commercial and fleet vehicle upfits, delivering reliable solutions nationwide.

First shift positions are available with competitive hourly wages and strong benefits. Responsibilities include installing and troubleshooting electrical systems, hydraulics, and related equipment, assembling hoses, and training newer mechanics as needed.

Qualifications

Experience building dump truck and platform units.
Ability to install and troubleshoot electrical systems, inverters, and strobe lights.
Basic fabrication and welding skills.
Experience mounting service bodies and completing equipment installations.
Ability to learn new builds and train others.

Responsibilities

Install and troubleshoot electronic systems, PTO pumps, hydraulics, and backup cameras.
Assemble hydraulic hoses and install hitches, shelving, drawers, ladder racks, and mud flaps.
Train new mechanics as needed.
Handle, transport, or complete administrative tasks involving hazardous materials when required.
Provide and maintain personal tools.
ASC certification is preferred, with opportunities to pursue certification while employed.
