Job summary

Kelly, in partnership with a growing manufacturing company, is seeking several Installation Technicians in Houston, TX to join a high-volume, quality-focused team that upfits premium commercial and fleet vehicles for nationwide markets.

These are direct hire positions with competitive pay of $25–$36 per hour, comprehensive benefits, 80 PTO hours, 10 paid holidays, and a 401(k) match up to 5%. ASC certification is preferred and opportunities to pursue certification while employed are available.

Qualifications

• Experience building dump trucks and platform units.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot electrical systems, inverters, and strobe lights.
• Basic fabrication and welding skills.
• Experience mounting service bodies and completing equipment installations.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot electronic systems, PTO pumps, hydraulics, and backup cameras.
• Assemble hydraulic hoses and install hitches, shelving, drawers, ladder racks, and mud flaps.
• Train new mechanics as needed.
• Handle, transport, or complete administrative tasks involving hazardous materials when required.
• Provide and maintain personal tools.
