Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and non-scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on district vehicles and equipment.
• Install and repair components, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel systems.
• Prepare and enter records of work performed and parts used; prioritize work orders.
• Follow safety rules, regulations, and emissions standards; maintain clean, organized work area.
• Read service manuals, interpret diagrams, and utilize diagnostic tools.
• Respond to service breakdowns and work orders promptly; coordinate with supervisor.
