Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a qualified technician to provide ongoing technical diagnostic support to customers and manage uptime for JCB fleets. The role involves using machine monitoring software, documenting product concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions.

The position requires reading hydraulic and electrical schematics, prior CE/AG equipment experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Read hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Experience as a technician on CE/AG equipment, in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and accurate responses to dealer technical diagnostic concerns via online, written, or telephone communication.
• Maintain detailed call logs for all customer inquiries and assistance, including closure details and dates.
• Use machine monitoring software to monitor fleet health and take action accordingly.
• Document product concerns and liaise with internal quality teams; support investigations; communicate solutions to the field via service instructions or videos.
• Assist with New Product Introduction; ensure market readiness within the Service function; report to customers and relevant parties on new model designs impacting Service.
• Host customers and corporate visits while communicating business strategies and key activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
