Job summary

JCB North America in Pooler, GA is seeking a skilled technician to perform installation of attachments and parts, inspect and repair imported and modified machines to meet JCB Global standards. This full-time, non-exempt role requires following safety procedures and working from work orders.

• Identify and order parts for repairs or modifications.
• Assist with retrofit and rework of customer orders.
• Machine troubleshooting and adjustment.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process machine work orders.
• Installation of attachments and parts.
• Identify and order parts required to complete repairs or modifications of all JCB equipment prior to shipment.
• Assist with retrofit and rework of customer’s orders as necessary.
• Machine troubleshooting and adjustment.
• Operate in a safe manner.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures.
