Job summary

QCD, a subsidiary of GSF, is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee day-to-day transportation operations, ensuring on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction. The role supports a 4-day shift, Wednesday through Saturday, 10 hours per day, with bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor day-to-day transportation operations.
• Schedule daily equipment and manpower for routes.
• Resolve equipment failures and coordinate repairs.
• Motivate and evaluate employees; resolve issues.
• Manage union-related rules and discipline as needed.
• Update routing programs and review driver reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
