Job summary

The ideal candidate has a CDL bus license, extensive fleet management experience, and a proven ability to lead teams while coordinating with program and facility leadership.

Qualifications

• CDL bus license required.
• Experience in fleet management and dispatch.
• 2 years of administrative or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver supervision, including hiring, onboarding, training and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Program Directors and Executive Directors for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Facilities Director on vehicle maintenance and fleet needs.
• Perform small mechanical repairs as needed.
• Coordinate trainings for non-CDL drivers.
• Maintain fleet inspections and registrations; ensure DOT safety standards.
