Job summary

Army Navy Business Group in San Diego, CA, seeks a Quantitative Fleet Feedback (QFF) Support Training Analyst to provide fleet training data collection and assessment support to Carrier Strike Group FIFTEEN (CSG15). The role requires high-level data analysis, program support for multiple commands, and BI reporting across DRRS and NRAS tools.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in naval FST evaluation, familiarity with JAAR-RL, NTIMS, NRAS, SIMDIS, GCCS-M, and MS Office, plus strong public speaking

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with Secret clearance and BA/BS degree.
• Active military duty experience in Combat Systems and training.
• Three years in Carrier Strike Group or Amphibious Ready Group training/operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fleet training analyses to identify gaps and needs.
• Develop and modify training events, curricula.
• Manage training projects across commands.
• Provide BI reports for DRRS, NRRE, JAAR-RL.
• Support data collection, reconstruction, and briefing for assessment.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
