Job summary

AGL seeks a Data Analyst to support Fort Bragg, NC, training and readiness initiatives for Army logistics systems. You will develop training plans, perform data analysis, and deliver instruction to AR units, leveraging GCSS-Army, AESIP, and MS Office tools to improve reliability and reporting.

The role requires training delivery experience, a secret clearance, and at least 4 years in GCSS-Army operations related to fleet readiness and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ GCSS-Army experience related to fleet readiness and maintenance operations (GCSS‑Army AESIP).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience training and instructing small groups, including developing training materials.
• Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Maintenance Chief on the Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP).
• Pull all background data from sources of record in preparation for government inspection.
• Conduct over‑the‑shoulder training using logistics information systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Monitor and review the performance and quality of GCSS‑Army training plans to identify improvements.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and assist with maintaining databases or data systems.
• Assist in providing training to AR units during the Maintenance Managers Course (MM301), including keeping lessons up to date and managing class preparation and closeout requirements.
• Perform data cleansing and provide instructional training for the RDs and GFCs.
• Extract and assist in analyzing information for the Logistics Readiness Review (LRR) and Reserve Component Readiness Review (RCRR).
• Provide real‑time data to the Crisis Action Team (CAT).

AGL is looking for a Data Analyst to work in Fort Bragg, NC. The Data Analyst will assist in the development of training plans and provide instructional training for the United States Army Reserve Command using various Army logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Maintenance Chief on the Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP).
• Pull all background data and information from sources of record in preparation for government inspection.
• Conduct over‑the‑shoulder training using logistics information systems and Microsoft Office products.

• Utilize and scrub databases, data collection systems, and data analytic tools; implement strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

• Monthly spot‑check Army Reserve G4 Readiness Divisions (RDs) and Geographical and Functional Commands (GFCs); annotate findings and add them to the weekly report.
• Assist in providing training to AR units during the Maintenance Managers Course (MM301), including keeping lessons up to date and managing class preparation and closeout requirements.
• Perform data cleansing and provide instructional training for the RDs and GFCs.
