You will perform preventive maintenance inspections, advanced diagnostics, and high-quality repairs to minimize downtime and keep vehicles on the road. Responsibilities include conducting annual inspections, diagnosing malfunctions, documenting work orders, and collaborating with the Fleet Manager on daily maintenance decisions to maintain

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of diagnosing electrical systems.
• Proven ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Competence with computer-based maintenance records and diagnostics tools.
• Effective communication with Fleet Manager and team leads.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on tractors, trailers, and related equipment to maximize safety and reliability.
• Diagnose malfunctions and complete repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Accurately document work orders and maintain maintenance records.
• Address DVIR write-ups promptly and ensure fleet is road-ready and compliant.
• Coordinate with Fleet Manager on daily maintenance decisions and escalate issues as needed.
