$21.00-$22.00/hour

Position Responsibilities:
- Primarily focuses on preventative maintenance of the Fleet and Material Handling equipment of the Reyes Family of Businesses, as well as assisting in the repair and diagnosis of various truck, trailer, and Material Handling equipment.
- Complete necessary documentation for repairs and maintenance while maintaining accurate records of work performed, parts used, and repairs/inspections completed.
- Learn and assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
- Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, ensuring compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established safety practices.
- This position requires driving Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management, and customer vehicles, regulated by the DOT, requiring a current driver qualification file including an annual MVR check, DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History. CDL holders will also need a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and be subject to FMSCA Clearinghouse review.
- This role is regulated as safety-sensitive by the Department of Transportation, requiring constant alertness and adherence to safety protocols. Employees must accept responsibility for their own safety and that of others.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED with 1+ related experience.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record per DOT regulations.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and/or pull weights over 50 pounds; occasionally over 100 pounds.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Technical School Diploma or Certification.
