Penn Power Group is seeking a Fleet Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on our fleet vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and safety compliance. You will diagnose issues, complete routine servicing, and accurately document time and parts. A proactive, team-focused mindset is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Positivity, adaptability and energy to work in a fast-paced shop.
• Superior ability to fill out forms and charts.
• Ability to use computer driven vehicle diagnostic software.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing fleet vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Capable of overhauls on engines, transmissions and brakes.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Complete routine maintenance including oil changes, electrical services and lubrication.
• Accurately record time, parts, and PM inspection checklists.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair fleet vehicles.
