Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is hiring a Fleet Technician Lead in Glendale, AZ. You’ll oversee daily fleet maintenance operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost-effective repairs.

The role focuses on leading a maintenance team, guiding diagnostics, and coordinating with vendors to keep equipment ready for service and transfer. The position requires experience with heavy diesel vehicles, tools ownership, and the ability to train staff while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• ASE Certified Diesel Mechanic preferred.
• 2–4 years diagnostic maintenance and repair of Class 7 & 8 diesel trucks and trailers.
• 2–4 years diagnostic maintenance and repair of Material Handling Equipment and Light Duty trucks/vans.
• Strong communication and ability to provide direction to team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventative maintenance programs are followed.
• Ensure quality assurance/quality control of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure documentation is accurate for maintenance activities.
• Provide training for team members.
• Ensure proper disposal and documentation of waste stream items.
• Coordinate with Fleet Manager to meet equipment needs and compliance.
