Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) in Indianapolis is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to keep one of North America’s largest fleets reliable and safe. You will work with autonomy and receive coaching as needed.

Day-to-day duties include PMs and repairs on trucks, vans and forklifts, diagnosing with Noregon, Uptake, TAAS and other tools, and maintaining thorough vehicle records. PBNA offers extensive training, safety emphasis, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include your own basic hand tools and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems and diesel drivetrains is preferred.
• Able to work on a variety of equipment including heavy trucks and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Diagnose and repair equipment using leading-edge diagnostics and programs.
• Work on diverse fleet including automobiles, trucks, vans, forklifts; maintain records.
• Adhere to safety standards and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Support a large fleet operation within PBNA and contribute to reliable service.
