Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is hiring Fleet Mechanics to ensure fleet reliability and support driver safety. You will work with a diverse fleet, including trucks, vans, and forklifts, using cutting-edge diagnostics and tooling.

The role emphasizes ongoing training, safety, and growth within a large North American fleet. Excellent benefits start Day 1, with a strong pay package and boot/uniform allowances.

Qualifications

• Must have your own basic hand tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without an accommodation).
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience performing engine and driveline repairs (class 6-8 diesel).
• Able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience using diagnostic platforms (e.g. Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel).

Responsibilities

• Work with a high degree of independence while performing PMs and repairs.
• Diagnose failures and disassemble, repair and reassemble parts as necessary.
• Maintain documentation such as vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
• Utilize leading edge technology and programs for diagnostics.
• Work on Pepsi's diverse fleet including automobiles, trucks, vans and forklifts.
• Adhere to PepsiCo safety standards and contribute to a safety-first culture.
