Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair a diverse fleet, ensuring Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina reach communities safely and on time.

This full-time, on-site role features on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities for long-term growth within PepsiCo's transportation team. Work Monday through Friday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm, with a starting pay of $32.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation).
• Certifications: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty.
• 1 year of experience or training in hydraulic/air brake systems, aftertreatment/emissions repairs, driveline/engine repairs, diagnostic platforms, and welding.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Use diagnostic tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided).
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts).
• Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists) using provided tools.
• Support our safety-first culture by following all safety standards and procedures—and answering service calls as needed.
