Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician in Brunswick, GA to keep our fleet of Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina vehicles on the road. You will perform PMs and repairs with independence, using advanced diagnostic tools and on-the-job training, across light to heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts.

You’ll also document work orders and vehicle records while upholding safety standards in a dynamic, high-energy environment. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities at PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Lift up to 50lbs (with or without an accommodation).
• Reach lift, carry, push and pull (with or without an accommodation).
• Certifications: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty.
• At least 1 year of experience or training in hydraulic and air brake systems, after treatment and emissions repairs, driveline repairs, engine repairs, using diagnostic platforms, and welding.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Use leading-edge tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided).
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts).
• Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists) using provided tools.
• Support our safety-first culture by following all safety standards and procedures—and answering service calls as needed.
