As a Fleet Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing equipment, with responsibilities tailored to your experience and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 1-year mechanical repair or training.
• 3+ years direct fleet/heavy equipment experience for intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Service vehicle systems: brakes, air, electrical, hydraulics, driveline.
• Diagnose faults with OEM software and repair as needed.
• Complete work orders and ensure DOT and company standards.
• Respond to road calls for emergency repairs and mentor junior techs.
