Job summary

PepsiCo in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time fleet maintenance technician to diagnose and repair fleet vehicles, perform preventive maintenance, and support a busy, hands-on shop.

You’ll work with experienced mechanics, manage parts and labor charges, and build vendor relationships for estimates. The role requires working nights (10pm–6:30am) and 5 days a week, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • You are at least 21 years of age or older.
  • You may be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift.
  • You have a valid Non-DOT Driver's License.
  • Your driver's license has not been suspended or revoked in the past three (3) years.
  • You can lift 50 pounds or more with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • You are able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • You have the ability to work in tight spaces for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • You will be required to work on/under trucks for an entire shift (8 to 12 hours) with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair fleet vehicles, including diagnosing mechanical issues and completing preventative maintenance.
  • Work alongside experienced mechanics on more complex repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Manage parts inventory and accurately charge parts and labor to work orders using provided systems.
  • Build relationships with vendors when obtaining estimates for parts or outside labor.

Minimum Qualifications
  • You are at least 21 years of age or older
